Out of all the DJ Mixers I have review in the past, I have to say that this one is FANTASTIC. The Hercules DJ Control MP3 e2 is a fantastic entry level MP3 controller. It is very easy to mix two tracks with simple controls and produce high quality music. This mixer comes with the software Virtual DJ 3 DJC Edition, which is a great way for beginners and occasional DJ's to hone their skills.
There is NO need for a power cable or batteries for this controller as it is powered by USB, need only be plugged into your PC or laptop to work.
A great feature of the Hercules DJ Control MP3 e2 is that it is relatively small and lightweight and includes a protective cover mixer makes it safe and easy to carry.

Overall, for the price they charged for it, you will not find a better entry level MP3 controller. There are certainly more sophisticated DJ consoles and there, but for a beginner, this is the best mixer to buy.
